You shouldn't have turned it on!😱 It could wipe your online data and screw up a few other things

I'm sure it will all be fine, just like how nick reset the accounts of the glitch Sony will probably do the same. If not oh well. Bigger things to worry about in life than a medal in a game...

It doesn't if my PS3 stopped working I'll just send it to Sony to get another one and since its there I'll just game on my PC

Apparently Sony tweeter today that the slim ps3s got a virus and they advised all owners to not use it today

That's what I heard as well. I had mine on this morning and beat a game just fine. Also logged into home and it worked fine. Maybe I missed the point when things went wrong.

There was a bug with a date and screwed the system... Sometimes small details do alot of damage

4 rods damn unlucky. Had my 360 for about 3-4 years and It works fine. I am also under a household with plenty of gamers so it's on constantly.

That's what we did, too bad Sony doesn't do the same thing.
I didn't know that was the cause of the RROD, I bet that's the same issue with the YLOD.
