Multiple accounts show up in every MMO, since there are always players looking to get ahead. First off, using multiple accounts (o is not cheating, and it's not technically an exploit either - you won't be banned for merely having a 2nd account.
However "Mule" accounts violate the spirit of the game, and are unfair to players who don't have the resources to buy extra devices and/or Respect Points. If we determine that you have a second account you're using merely as a "mule", and you're using either account to negatively affect other players' gameplay experience, one or both your accounts will be banned. We will be handling these on a case-by-case basis.

Why not give the account a forced reset and the player a warning?
I can understand banning Sceurilla and SacDaddy, those were for different reasons. But to not warn someone and take away two accounts for muling seems a little harsh.
FYI - I only have one account.

Where does it say u cannot mule in the game rules when u purchase it please send me that in an email or post it here (waiting,waiting,waiting, )

Better to create a panopticon that affects culture than have to warn each and every cheat. Through banning, lots of players realise that it is not worth cheating and so they don't. If you just warn players they might as well cheat until you they are found out. Also reseting players allows them future access to turfwars - thus giving them the oportunity to be abusive or attempt to cheat 'better' in the future. One strike and your out makes most sense to me 🚨.

Any one can buy a touch on eBay for cheap and start over the game is about taking turfs 2,5,20 acc Is that's players per. So if I can afford 4 touches I'm a cheater because I'm helping my self out well than don't play , is it the point of the game to take turf and make cash who cares how u make cash but u can buy donpoints and turf jump all day long how is that ok the devs have no idea

Turfwars is nicks game. It's not public property; it's private property. While you can have multiple account you can't use them in ways that break the rules.
Buying Don points is a seperate issue. Fundamentally Nick and team want some reward for their time and commercial product... Likwise many players want to support the future developmentbod the app while paying their fair share and being rewarded for it. I think the prices of don points are set to a fair level that rewards players while not giving them the totally unfair advatages that multiple abused accounts can bring. -
My beef is simply this. No player should be worried about being banned simply on a accusation made without proof.

And likewise. No player should be worried about being banned for commenting on someones wall. With the ability to delete messages now. As long as we keep personal beef off the forum. Where the hell then am I supposed to message players. If there's a limit on how many times I can post on someones wall. Why not make a limit like on the forum?

Yea I agree with your point. But too often players with your concern end up arguing that therefore we should suspend all the rules... I'm really sick of this falacy. The good news is that I think Nick has been very careful only to ban players that deserve to be banned. Eg pres was falsely accused and was exonerated as was neowolf. I think we should trust nick and let him do his job. All games need rules even if the theme is gang wars.

The funny thing is that according to Myloot, he's still waiting for an explanation. Whether that's true or not, if someone gets banned, they should know exactly what for. He's still wondering why. He has a mule account just like a lot of other people. Strike one and you're out is shit if you don't know where the strike zone is!

I agree with you but we do know where the strike zone is.
1. Don't be abusive
2. Don't hack
3. Don't use multiple accounts as mules that give your primary account an unfair advantage.
4. Don't use your multiple accounts together in a vendetta.
He broke one of these. I have no fear of ever being banned. I am however in favour of some offical rules on a sticky provided it's clear that nick can change them at any time. -

I am enjoying this. homie is acting like he was not warned. but I guess he's really bothered by this because in the past hour or so, he started accounts titled myloot3 and my loot 2 and has proceeded in kamikaze spam attacking all my bases. I got like 300 attacks, and clearly this has damaged me and knocked me off the leaderboards. and ttt, this us after he bought enough don points to raise his turf limit to put down turfs so nicely named. I'm flattered because this now immortalizes me as a player and will afford us further kickass game updates!

Most of the posts in this thread are from mule accounts...
Props to Nick for working at eliminating users who mule accounts and imbalance the game. Banning them makes the most sense cuz otherwise it's a risk bad players like Homie will take to get a leg up on other players.
