How can you be a capo of a State or country? The capo of IL is relatively weak with not much influence yet he is capo

State capo title is just a vanity title - it doesn't give you capo benefits for the entire state or anything like that. You can get the titles by finding turfs off the town map names (turfs named after states). First to find one, gets the title even if you out-influence them with similar turfs. It was suggested their be a state capo title that's earnable by being the states bad ass and I hope Nick makes it so someday.
