Capturing Turf?

It has a tick on everything so i can capture the turf, how do you actually capture it

Press the capture x amounts of time to lower it's health to zero then press capture one more time and win to... Capture. It's pointless if you can't win. Also if the button is grey you need to refill your health. 🏩 🚑
