Has just been released to devs! So far I haven't found many changes worth reporting how ever the one main feature that has been removed is the gesture controls that were released in the first beta of 4.3. Apple report it was just to get some feedback.

If anyone else is running the beta and finds anything please update this post, also if you want more info just post here!

I'll keep you updated with my findings as I find them.

Or greenp0ison for some newer devices. 4.1 is jailbreakable I've done it many a times. Try not to update your baseband thou if you want to retain your unlock.

Yeah I used greenpois0n on my iPod touch 2nd gen Mc model. Worked perfectly.
