They're too few IMO. It's a lot mine and the whole communities fault. We jeer at any alliance nit run by top mobsters. Anyone trying to start one with a small mob or less experience is generally looked down on. This needs to stop IMO. New alliances should be treated like new players and nurtured not squashed.

When I started SEa and was ridiculed then announced we took over TN (I didn't know any better), got torn apart, almost quit and lost SEa in the end.

I don't think they should be
"nurtured". Just don't excessively rape them. If you baby them then they grow big with no experience and that is asking for problems. Especially If a NEW player is starting one.

U still don't have a big mob, what sort of example was that setting for your alliance members though? Tellytubbies club is 👉 way. I agree with u beliel.
