It seems that some mobsters are a little touchy when it comes to "unprovoked" attacks on a semi frequent basis. The question is this.....how do some of you upper level mobsters take care of business. How often, when, where and who do you attack?
I'll work my fight list and then work the mob list. I don't attack anyone more than four times consecutively. Does that sound fair?

Ignore your comments. Just do your work. The game isn't built to attack even matched players, or spread it around. End of the day, no one is happy when attacked.

I try to spread out attacks and not target one individual too often so I guess that's all that can be expected. Thanks for the input.

I care less if I am attacked, sometimes I bank, sometimes I'm generous. Now attacking my turf is a different story.
-
I attack anyone that drops cash until they speak up then stop. Why? Because I could be hitting an inactive player, thus hurt someone that could care less.

Wars are good for the game. Someone attacking yo gives you lots of xp, levels you up faster, etc. Defense builds way faster than attack so if you're any good you will be beating them back soon. If you don't have the testicular fortitude for some fighting, go download high school musical: the game..

The majority of my experience points and cash come from ripping up turf.
I eat so much turf my mobster name should be "mad cow".
Moo.

So if I'm concentrating on one person's turf, trying to completely take it over...is that bad? O.o

No. Attacking someones turf trying to capture it or attacking turf to make a statement because they are too close to your turf is totally acceptable. I guess this IS a mob game so why at we even having this discussion. In the mob if someone with more juice than you wants to kick your ass he does. Sometimes for no reason. If you don't like it you either leave or tuck the bitter feeling away deep down inside you and then destroy him when you are able. That's the beauty of it! The bigger prick you are simply ensures that people will be after you later on.

Well I click attack by location and pick a random base and who ever shows up gets attacked. Win some lose some but over all everyone gets equal love unless well a lot of the same persons bases show up.
-
ALL I KNOW is that i tore down all my turfs near red beard
why let him expand his empire and capture all my turfs when i know it's inevitable when i can just tear down the turfs i have and rebuild somewhere safer?

Tom, do you hit the turf for cash or stop when they're in the ER? Maybe I'm too soft to be an upper level mobster. I need to check my morals at the door when I turn on turf wars! :) get my mobster on ya know?
-
Haha. No I actually rarely hit turf. I just hit the player til I can't. If they ask why I'll move to another target. But again my city is slow to grow.

To tell the truth. I go down the list. If I've hit em before and kinda remember that I win but they dint usually payout, I skip em. If I've attacked em & lost, I skip em. Otherwise I go down the list, if they payout from 32k & up I hit em till they don't. If they go to er & were still payin out, I hit each full 84 influence turf a few times till the payout decreases & move on to the next mark.
It's been done to us all, so why not?
