I wasn't sure which board to post this on because it contains several issues; I chose General because I wanted more people to see it.
To start, I live in an area with few people playing Turf Wars, so my opportunities to expand are quite limited. I have been playing since early November, and my mob size expanded much faster than my financial ability to equip them. In fact, I haven't been able to break even on income for over 2 months. Without weapons, I was being attacked ad nauseam. However, I soon realized that If I did one mission, I could reset my negative income to $0, and the following fights and missions would net a positive bank balance, allowing me to buy weapons, and decrease my hourly income to about -$170k.

Now that Vendetta is out, I can't reset my income back to $0 in this manner. Missions make money, but I'd literally have to make $170k/hour somehow just to maintain a $0 balance. Sure, perhaps I was taking advantage of part of the game's design, but fuck, it was part of the design! Now I can not make income, I can not build new turfs, and I can not arm my mob. Okay, I could sell off about 700 machine guns and body armors, but then I won't be able to defend myself.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I don't believe I'm the only one who was utilizing this strategy.
This issue coupled with the severe problem of people using multiple devices has me backed into a dead end. How can I be nerfed for this when others are taking advantage of a much more detrimental loop hole?
Because I refuse to buy don points (I'm not wasting real money in a futile effort to keep up with people using two devices), I find myself backed into a corner with only one option: quitting. I'm not having fun anymore. Thoughts?

Do you have alot of defence on your bases? That could kill your upkeep. And I just buy alot of Kevlar vests and grenades instead of the ones with upkeep. Some upkeep weapons are good but not if they run you dry on money. Good luck

I really hate to hear that pop tart. I remember u starting before I did because your name is unforgettable. This game gives serious disadvantages to those in rural areas or areas that aren't populated by other turf war players. I've heard others make the same complaint. If I were u I'd sell all guns that require upkeep and use grenades. Then mob up. If u have a grenade for every mobster you can't be beat by people with the same or smaller mob size than u

And then grow your mob. I'm sorry that really sucks for u. I don't remember if I am able to attack u or not (within the 994 mile range) but after reading this I vow to not do it again

If I were you, i'd rebuild the turfs near DeBagBoy and miney41 for higher income. They don't seem that far away.

You might want to cosider dropping Dow to Kevlar and AKs or grenades.
You'll still get attacked but at least your losses will likely be less than your upkeep. And TTY taliking to the attackers. Ask them to back off.
And maybe you can find a bigger player who would be willing to send them a message for you.

And once you get your income back up, store all of it in the bank everytime you make money. This way, you don't lose all of your money to bullies and they might back off alittle because there's less reward for beating you up.

Only buy nontaxed weapons moron... I'm sorry but seriously, would you buy stuff in real life if you didn't have the money to pay for it in the long run!?

I will start by saying I respect you won't spend real money for fake money. And your not like most people on this game... Sad.
But what I would do is sell your wepons and buy grenades. Put up with the attacks and just start banking your money.
But you said you weren't having anymore fun so I would quit if I were you, but reset first so the people attacking you don't get to farm you. Because if you let them do that, then they win. -
