Chicken or the egg???

What's ur thoughts??
Mine - egg because I believe that the first chicken was either the result of crossbreeding or some kind of genetic mutation of a chicken like bird.
-
Well....I know that the 🐔 came first. The reason is cuz the 🍳 needed the sperm to make a chicken!
-
If you believe in evolution then it has to be egg. What ever the chicken evolved from must have been an egg layer and was laying eggs before the chicken came along
-
A fish as all animals evolved for the sea
-
Your all wrong the rooster came first ;)

I believe that the chicken/rooster came first as the result of the dinosaur theory of the taradactle (flying bird thing) And some how mated with something with fethers and made an egg which produced the chicken/rooster in which when the egg hatched they eventually had to take care of themselves and found a mate and had eggs which then produced the other chickens and roosters in which they grow up and mate and so on and so on...

Obviously something laid an egg but it evolved before birth into something that resembled a chicken.

Just a theory tho not proven.
Another is that the life would have come from space dust, ice ect falling to earth as the earth was in it's cooling down period after the solar system was created. I forget the name of the theory, but still just a theory.
The question is unanswered unless you believe in a religion -

Fair enough but would that dust have to evolve into the many animal .single cell to more advanced multi celled animals . There are many fosils found of sea creatures that predate by millions of years any found on land . So this would lead me to believe that animal started in water then found away of living on land eg silk worms and centipedes -

it's called natural selection. The sperm came from a different bird and each of it's descendents eventually became more and more chicken-like because the chicken-like birds survived better to pass on their genesWell....I know that the 🐔 came first. That's why i only swim in pools as fish just shoot their stuff everywhere and hope it lands on something just imagine diving into a big area of fish stuff. Yuck

Obviously the Chicken came first, who would lay the egg, keep the egg warm? Feed, protect & mother the chick at birth? But As to where The Chicken came from.?
I don't know...
Peace ... -
Consider whether a baby or mother came first..?
A baby or chick wouldn't last 24 hours..
Hope it clears things up for you.. -
As some said;
The chicken as we know it came from an egg. That egg was laid by something very similar to a chicken but not quite...it might have had a large forehead or something. That "almost chicken" was hatched from an egg laid by an "almost-almost chicken" and so on...it's evolution baby! -

Neither name first. They came together. The egg could not survive without the chicken, and the chicken would die of boredom with no egg.
-
chickens are not naturally evolved species. they are a direct product of human breeding and cross breeding for ideal characteristics. no chicken ever existed in the wild before man created it. period.
-
and this comes before hormones and genetic therapies to make frankenchickens on today's market. they are not the same thing, as say, turkeys or quail.

Well mama even if that's true the first splicing and mixing that resulted in the chicken as we know it would have hatched from an egg laid by an almost chicken...Some bird that closely resembles the chicken as we know it (genetically). Therefore the egg must have been laid by a non-chicken and therefore the egg came firstchickens are not naturally evolved species. they are a direct product of human breeding and cross breeding for ideal characteristics. no chicken ever existed in the wild before man created it. period.

Glad I started this thread. Better than the majority of the crap I see in here!

Tyrannosaurus then then chicken. Then the egg. Evolution rules.

T-Rex omlette would be intense...KFT-REX...in this case I say boo evolution...I wanna carnivore me some dinosaur. Carno my dino?
