It basically means you have access to the Japanese playstation store, getting games earlier and cheaper. Also you can have a nickname which is similar to a psn, but you can change it any time and use Japanese characters.

Ohh no it's urmm letters formatted differently like "H e l l o" and there is letters shaped like English ones. Also just YouTube it :-) add me on psn "mks-grease" and I'll teach you how to change your nickname. You can have names like "God" and "Jesus" etc. 😋
