You didn't ask, but I'm going to offer up an idea here for you and your weapons. Sell off your 345 mini's and 5 tommy guns. Spend the money you just made from the sale on an AK-47 for each of your mob, and one armor for each of your mob. Without spending a penny, you almost double your attack strength and increase your defense by 33%. Your upkeep will stay the same too. Wait until you can afford better weapons for EVERY member of your mob before you upgrade.
