Sleeping pattern is fucked

Always go up to bed at about 10pm on school nights but always end up going to sleep at about 2am but on weekends I'm I sleep from like 12-1pm, and in holidays my pattern is so weird, plus I sleep in the day, and I never feel tired 😄

I used to be like that... GTA San Andreas caused my last episode of gettin to sleep at 10am, then gettin up at 4pm to play again. Wait till u get a full time job... Either you'll fall into line or just be tired at work all day like me 👍

I nowpermanantly have a headache as I once went to sleep at like 2AM then got up at 6.00AM to do a paperound so I was really tired.then I had school like normal then everything else too but I couldn't go to sleep at like 8 to catch up on sleep coz I had stuff to do like homework.so I do that then it's bed at 10 but it takes me about 3 hours to get to sleep so I went to bed at one then got up at 6 again and the cycle repeats so I am permanently grumpy,tired,headache and losing concentration skills.

I didn't sleep last night at all. Stayed up playing poker and watching modern family.

my sleeping patten is annoying, on a week day i go to bed at 10pm but dont fall asleep till between 12-1 half the time, then i have to wake up at 6am, but on the weekend, ill be half asleep at 10 so end up going to bed, where ill immediatly pass out, then ill wake up automatically at 6....bloody annoying! its even more messed up cos of the holidays, my body just slept till like 10am-11am but id still be tired at 10 :( so now my body still wants to sleep till 10.

I always found a joint of strong skunk does the job, a good diet and exercise also works, and if all else fails go toss the salad!!
