I'm thinking this because a guy just took all of my turf in one area and it pissed me off

Your sub 1000 in mob, so it won't make a difference if you do or don't. You could get your numbers back in a day if you actually punched a few codes. Also If you do reset stay below level 15 until your mob is a decent size and you have weapons for each mob member.
