Well i'm probably not going to change my name but I didn't see an opinions thread besides nicks original post.

I know you'd have to Kill 5$ on a name change. Personaly, what Nick said does make sense but still is a very high price for somthing as simple as a name change.

It's expensive because there's really no compelling reason to change your name after registration, other than vanity or to escape retribution. If everyone changed their name all the time it would be impossible to reliably track your friends and enemies.

I get the reason nick, I read your original post. Just sayin it's still expensive. Though for me it's not any big deal

You asked fir it you got it...if someone wants to change their name then they have to pay for it...I agree with the set price.
