Belial is Capo of Oregon
ChainsawCharlie is Capo of Arizona, Hawaii, and Nevada.
These are the only ones i can think of off the top of my head though.

Two people have the Capo of Mississippi that I know of. They are mcflemin and Memphis Mafia. I dont know if either if them is active though.
