I am personally a fan of the wilhelm scream. It is in star wars, Indiana jones or for gaming fans, red dead redemption. The guy screams in a high pitched "aaaoow" sound.

The scream from uncle Jorge/George (how ever u wanna spell it) in scary movie 3 when they're all in the basement and the lights go out n he screams like a horsed voice lil girl 😹

Oh my gosh!! I've neve understood this. I first heard it in star wars and then in everything else. This has been a mystery to ne for so long.!!
