I have no need to fully arm at the moment. None of the areas I have turf are currently warring and for me to help in a V I just need to heal to defend. With horse heads and cement shoes out now, once I get sent that without noticing it doesn't matter if I have lupas or not.
Most mobsters that go against me are around 10 k mob too.

I'm not asking to piss on your chips just genuinely interested in how you play the game over there! Correct me if I'm wrong but most US top mobs are on friendly terms most of the time. Here in the UK the top mobs are like two bald men fighting over a comb!
