Vendetta not working on attacks

I have 3 other guys with me and they have health and stamina but when i attack they don't join the fight... The guys said he's using cement shoes, but I see their health and stamina is fine. Why can't I use them to help me fight

There was a bug where your v pals didn't help. It's fixed now. But they all need stam to help
