I'm scrolling down cupcake's massive list of turfs and I can't find a SINGLE TURF that he didn't create! This guy is cap happy!

You say you can't find one he(she) did't create. This would imply each was created and not capped!

Hmm, I have capped a few that were bult by Cupcake as have a few others; Bugs Bunny, Night, \V/ and others.
Cupcake is a guy.
I would estimate his turf limit around 450.

Same reason a lot of us don't get capped, we make friends/allies around us. We'll see how this all changes after the 1st, I personally think it will be a madhouse with new players entering new areas and going nuts. Especially those scrap happy brits! ;-)>
