Doing this keeps the gameplay friendly (even though you are killing them) and give them something to shoot for in the future. When playing board games with people I've had many occasions where I was clobbering someone that was new to the game when they asked "what should I do?" I'd give them an honest "If I was in your shoes right now, I'd..... and this is why...." kind of answer.

A couple of smaller players but none of the bigger ones. I think they have too much invested in the game to actually play it. Sad.

Greatest villains ever that I witnessed
1. Thuglife
2. PSI and his hacker clan
3. Scuerilla and Sac Daddy
4. Jp Cleazy and Joshycakes -
JD good points, problem is that the nature of the game is defensively skewed to the point that there's no benefit of being a villain really. Veteran Players who go on & pick anyone regardless of size or how new they are will get a bad rep so to speak & they will be playing under very unbearable/uncomfortable circumstances even in new areas.
Take any so called villain, none have been able to conquer simply cuz a group will naturally band together to kick them out or a (or few) bigger players will step in to help.
Also every area is different with different personalities & the GD has become a place for e1 turning what a fight/war is into a bitch fest full of name calling. IMHO, I gotta commend The Filling as he is one character who has had the least bitching. Sleepy Pete too. CMS as a group has been the least participative which is great. -

All I can see are personality clashes. ( not saying that the 'bad' guys are wrong or the 'good' guys are right)
Think if the big guys in an area want to fight it out(friendly or otherwise) than it's a great idea if that's what u are proposing. Only problem is there will be naysayers saying otherwise. Besides, it's often poor ego, bad attitude, bad form & crap personalities that has been on display in this game when Ppl lose the fight/battle/war as reflected in their RL situations IMO.

There are many villains in Turfwars; most of them regional and it depends upon your perspective.
Tritian was my first: Dear Citizen...
Mamatek was next. Thuglife after that.Mamatek was never a true villian. Thug and Tritian played the role of oppressor and used coercion as a means to their respective ends.
Jim Dirt was a villain for BAIC in San Francisco for a short time.
Cupcake was a villain in LA when he started on his massive real estate gains...I agree that there needs to be some Ying to the Yang in this game. It is not a game of good v evil. If played properly, ( for examples: the Filling, Whitey Bulger who never complain when a turf is taken cuz it is only a game) then there would be more war and less peace.

IMO, It is harder to play the role of villain. I have often considered it but, atm I haven't got the time. I good villain make for a great game. If you have no motivation to punch codes or strategize, then this game bcomes nothing more than Sims and mmo masturbation.
I applaud the villains of this game. I wish there were more of them.

I'd disagree there. If you recall, when you all jumped me I never fired a shot. That's not much of a villain.

Yeah I never understood when someone complained when you took one of their little circles on the map. Isn't that the whole point? What are you playing for? It's a little circle drawn on a map folks. Go to the actual spot where that circle is drawn and you won't see it. IT DOESN'T EXIST!

London is full of villains..... It's like WW3 here just now.

Surprised Belial wasn't in this thread. Maybe you all should google his name and see if he's a hero.

Maybe someday.... There are a few things that could happen to push me into the villain category.

Good point actually...maybe a better question is what (besides boredom) would it take to make someone into a good villain? I would think it would be mostly revenge oriented or goal oriented. Or since we are all mobsters, I guess our villain could actually be a Mack Bolan type that just goes around wiping us out :)Maybe someday.... There are a few things that could happen to push me into the villain category.

Yeah, the way I see it, all a villain has to do is keep building turf and moving. The 24 hour rule will make him immune from attack as long as he keeps moving....Jim Dirt (Add A1) wrote:

Wow... Didn't think I filled that role much at all, but I can see it from the west coast guys perspective. Here on the east coast I help out noobs and am relatively quiet.(sorry I didn't respond Jim, got busy)
I consider a villain (in the context of this game) to be someone who fights and plays in a detrimental way to other players.
I think one of the players who for awhile was Putz. Not that he's a bad guy, but he definitely played a villain character for awhile there. He did what he wanted, didn't care what people though even when everyone was upset with him, and fought off everyone refusing to go down. It was definitely a good example of someone playing that villain role. (although I'd no longer characterize him that).
I am now add Cow's villain though. 🐮

Naughty James for me, wouldn't call him a villain more a bully. Don't get me wrong the whole point of the game is to attack people but when u have nearly 5000 more members in ur crew and your gaining no money or exp when u attack then what's the point?
