I am guessing you can't. The server will be set to the max henchmen limit so if you were to loot one i can't see the server letting it be added. Guess nick will need to answer this one

What about weapons though? You can't buy certain weapons till you hit the right level, but you can still loot them. Or does that work differently?
Same with turf upgrades. You can cap a fully upgraded turf before you hit the levels to unlock the upgrades yourself. Now, the weapons, you won't be able to use or sell, but you do get the benefit of the turf upgrades.

Seems like the best thing would be that you would have the henchmen, but that they just would only be effective up to 75%...anything over that would just not add to your Total Mob, Attack or Defense. Might be some number crunching issues for Nick. But this way, if you did loot any more, you would still get them...and then when you increased your actual mob enough to be able to use them, they'd still be there.

I've looted today 6 henchmen they come three at a time.

Not always 3, I got a 3 yesterday then a 2 last nite then another 3 henchmen.
