Game experts: is there a justifiable reason for not letting new players fully upgrade their turfs until Level 30? That seems to just make it much more difficult for new players to get established... especially when some 800lb gorilla comes along and plonks an 84inf right on top of them & kills their already limited income.

My favorite turf to cap is 800 lb gorilla turf collecting from noob turf.

ha ha -- yeah, that's valid!
But, can you think of a good reason to prevent sub-Level 30 players from fully upgrading? -
Motivation for leveling up so you prevent, as much as possible, a low level but high mob, high influence mobster? Don't know why that would be a problem, but maybe it's a way to make the levels, and thus the missions, relevant.

reasonable point. i do still think the lower levels are sort of stacked against getting players into the game & retaining them -- too many drop out before getting past the early levels

The biggest players need to respect the smallest players and let them get established.
It also gives levels 30s a way to warn.
I have a big enough turf limit that I rarely go after protection money from active players. And for the longest time over here, I would cap and tear any high level turf collecting off level or lower.

Level 25 or lower.

At lvl 30 you should have plenty mob for then on. Also your low inf. keeps high lvls from goin cap crazy on noobs
