This post is intended for those who aren't aware how the event works or when it is. If you are experienced and I leave anything out please feel free to comment. The birthday event begins at either the end of this month(September) or the start of October depending on how the weekends line up. This is the time to rack up on tons of weapons, hench mob members, police maps(allow you to hop 8.4 miles at a time), espressos, cannolis, and more. Instead of the normal loot rates I believe this year will be 18 times the loot(correct me if wrong). What this means is that by running missions such as Burglary, Take Out a Rival, and Crack A Bank Safe, you can loot more cannolis than you use. Start saving any cannolis you have now and save up respect points for refills also. Getting started is the hardest part. Once you get above 50 cannolis you shouldn't run out. Burglary and Take Out a Rival are slightly better for building them up than Crack a Bank Safe

To prepare for the event I recommend getting to as close to 200 energy as you can, but it is possible to loop even with as low as 150 energy, and you will gain a lot of levels by running missions to quickly add more energy. Brens are the most powerful weapon in game and are only looted from a special mission that will appear at the bottom of the mission list. You loot like 90 at a time and drop rate is at least 1/3, so doesn't take long to max, but wait until you have 100 cannolis built up to worry about it. Also after getting up to 50-100 cans focus solely on crack a bank safe as it also drops cannolis at a good rate, but also drops all the other loot such as hench, weapons, etc.. For low mobs definitely max out your hench which is 2 per 1 mob. So if your 1k mob you can get 2k hench making your total 3k. Machetes are best loot weapon for melee, and Kevlar Lined Suits for armor.

Once you max the weapons, and if you still are going for hench, we found that Port Heist seems to have the highest drop rate for them and a very high rate of toolboxes(equip from profile and doubles loot generally, but in this case doubles the 18x making it 36x during event). You can almost loop on port heist with max energy, but only do this if you have hundreds of cans built up as you will overall lose cans, but it’s gradual. Also, as far as toolboxes make sure to equip as many as you can early on in hopes of hitting 36 cannolis which should make you set for the rest of the event. I have heard of going dry upwards of 50 refills, but my personal worst luck was 30. This is not common however. If you have to purchase respect points and your refill cost goes beyond 15 just be patient and wait 24 hours for it to go back down to 4
