Good news relief is on the way- Since California budget has tanked due to being heavily reliant on the excess taxes placed on millionaires property sales, investment income to fund their government services & the revenues from that tanked. They are now proposing 5% savings taxes on the middle class to include 401ks, savings account balances, investment account balances and home sales as well.
