Some of this was settled out of court, and considering his love of litigation, I would lean toward those cases being fairly accurately reported by the accusers.

Now, on the other hand, IF he actually was guilty of anything we should be able to know if they just released the fucking files. But they won’t. Because they’re all dirty.
But being accused of something and then going to the courts and getting acquitted through the legal system isn’t enough for me to tell someone that they’re a rapist.

Ok, so in your own words, he didn’t do enough to count for rape. And with common sense, anyone could understand that dozens of women would try to collect some bread as well trying to come forward making up stories of some shit going down. It’s really not that hard.

Nice, blame the whole problem on undocumented people. Tells me everything I need to know. I’m against all sexual misconduct, but tell me, what is my role as a citizen? I should be joining ICE and chasing them down? It should matter even more when it’s involving THE PRESIDENT. These accusations go back years and a lot of these people probably already signed NDAs.

My rebuttals to your arguments were already stated. Re read them again to try to comprehend.
In a civil case, the plaintiff needs to only convince that court that their version of events is more likely than the defendants. (50.1% to be exact) so literally a coin toss. Don’t care at that point. (Look it up and learn the law)

And that’s misleading, it’s not a coin toss because the assumption starts out at 0% and everyone has to be convinced up to or past that 50% mark. Also that is a distinction I noticed since if you go back I never said he was guilty, just that he was sued and lost.

I hate to say this.. Really I do.. But in this instance Simpco seems like he’s more interested in policy than politics. Nobody cares that Presidents Kennedy and Clinton got some nookie on the job from vulnerable women, and nobody cares that a bunch of celebrities and politicians got sucked in with a hedonistic island getaway that crossed a very faint line between disgusting and illegal. Those are just political tools to take people down because other politicians can’t win on policy. People that aren’t politicians latch on to that mud slinging like it matters.

I just think it’s interesting that literally no one on the left cared for justice anything Epstein related (not even a little bit) until there was the slightest of chances that Trump could be involved.
