Support can be slow to reply these days but just make sure you follow up with them. It took maybe 9 days to recover this account (and I knew what the password was)

I also wanna point out that the account you’re trying to recover has 10 turf and less than 200 mob. You can get further than that much faster than support will help you so I’d suggest just running with it because the juice doesn’t look to be worth the squeeze in your case
