I’m doing one in August

Stretch, train and stay hydrated😅
Basic but the best advice someone can give tbh. Best of luck and well done for taking part in it! 👏🏻

What ever Bruce Jenner did, maybe try the opposite.

Practice the transition between the bike and the run. Do "jelly sessions" at least once a week, where you have an increased effort on the bike for about 20 minutes, and then slamming into a increased effort run. Get used to that feeling because it'll fuck with you. Do a lot of swimming at a relaxed pace, and try and practice in open water. Open water swimming really fucks with people and they take the swim out way too hard because it feels like you're not going anywhere, dont do that if you want to have a good race. And finally, whatever discipline you are best at, train it the hardest. If you are a good runner, for example, then your fitness ability is already easier to train, which drops into the other disciplines. Hope this helps. Sincerely - a former collegiate runner who has done 8 triathlons

Aside from that. Its vital that you are taking care of your body up until August. Hydration and stretching like Casey said. Needs to be done before and after all sessions never to be skipped. Not sure how hard-core you'll be training, but its ok to take off days if you feel like your body is in purgatory. thats normal and ok to do and dont let anyone tell you otherwise.

Dual penises, good call. I think THIS is the winning combination. 👍🏻What ever Bruce Jenner did, maybe try the opposite.
