That's a yes and no answer. I had to clock out for break. But I get paid for certain breaks.

I don't get paid for lunch, unless it's over 10 hrs. Then I get a second 20 min lunch that I have to punch out for, but get paid. I also have 2 10 minute breaks I have to take during the day. I punch out, but still get paid for them
