I can only imagine the hopelessness the man felt while this was going on. Cops and officials love getting off on power trips. They put the squirrel down bc it bit an official. They act like it was an attack, when it was just a normal response from an animal being snatched away by unfamiliar faces. They do this to people too whenever putting them in hand cuffs. Telling you to stop resisting while they slam your face on the ground. People are charged for having natural responses to things and it’s time we realize how much they infringe on our freedom. For example, I was charged with obstruction of justice for not letting officers inside my home after they were called by neighbors who heard me and my girlfriend yelling. I kept asking do you have a warrant as two officers were pushing back to open the door. They never said anything about not needing one on a domestic call. I guess they expect us to know the laws and still charge you when you didn’t realize you were actually obstructing justice and not

Preventing an unlawful search. They also charged me with domestic violence, not my girlfriend. I am not an abuser and everyone gets into fights sometimes. Me and my girlfriend learned to never tell officers shit and also have gotten better when we argue. I say that bc it was me who told them I held her back when she ran at me trying to leave for work. We grew from the situation, but the charges have still cost me a few job opportunities. I also ran out of the courthouse on plea day after expressing my feelings about watching fat pigs laughing at the expense of others being charged with petty crimes(often people in terrible situations). The judge wasnt happy with my words and told me to sit down next to two others who were being locked up. Not sure if he was just gonna talk to me more, but I was scared and ran by an officer out of the courthouse and was found in the woods 20 minutes later. They called me “trackstar” and “sunshine” during my 5 days in jail🤣

Despite having a pet, im not really a pet person. Sounds like the squirrel and raccoon needed to be put down. Those can both be cooked and be made part of a meal. 😋
