I honestly can’t figure out who I’d rather lose more, though. Probably won’t know until the games start and I’m watching

I still know exactly where I was when the news broke that Thurman Munson died in a plane crash. That was the start of the era of NY v LA in the WS.

I can’t get into watching baseball, but I used to love playing it. Was starting to pitch at like 12, and played any position except for shortstop and catcher. Was offered to do travel ball, but unfortunately my situation didn’t allow me to despite others offering for me to ride with them. Me never being able to follow my athletic dreams is probably why I hated sports for a long time, just got back into college football this year, but just to watch Bama.

Also 12 was my last season ever bc my dad made me stop due to my mother showing up trying to kidnap me and my brother multiple times who was younger by one year.
