Sautéed onions, diced tomatoes, light lettuce. Meat hand tossed in pepper, everything blend, Cajun seasoning, hot pepper juice and a pinch of salt.

What's wrong with a fresh tossed salad? The wife enjoys them. If it's a day old, she says it's slightly oily.

I’m making chicken piccata, steamed asparagus, twice baked potatoes and fresh baked rolls for dinner. Made a pineapple upside down cake for dessert.

It was delicious. Tonight I’m teaching OSHA class and we are catering in KFC 🤷🏼‍♂️
