I do mostly bodyweight workouts. I only use a bar for curls, reverse curls, shrugs, and obliques. For legs I do 500 lunges twice a week, 200 calf raises, and kneel downs(not much of a workout with this, but helps my range of motion). I also do 500 pushups twice a week. Then I do 80-100 pullups on the same day I do the calf raises and kneel downs. I do abs randomly throughout the week or during another exercise. The 500 pushups I do throughout the day, and the lunges I do all at once as I walk around a park.

I used to lift a lot and then got into some amateur bodybuilding competitions. It’s not as much fun since I stopped the juice though 😂
