Magnet fishing/metal detecting

Anyone here find anything cool? Lake near me has only produced old rusty bikes and scooters. I want to get my hands on a metal detector but the good ones are expensive

I got into metal detecting about 10 years ago. I have a Garrett Ace 300. It’s been very good and reliable. I have found Diamond rings, Diamond bracelets, earrings, sunglasses and much more. I take it to the beach every year and cash in on what I find. I will usually walk away with $1K-3K depending on the find

That's a very nice gesture bud, I'm sorry for your loss. Though, I'm in no position to buy something like that, it's more of a pipe dream than anything. Maybe you should keep it and go metal detecting on his behalf? Maybe you'll find yourself a little something something.I have my dads equinox 600 for sale he won’t be needing it anymore since he passed away yesterday he paid £1000 for it 6months ago so message reefer if your interested

I bet the coin dealers also hassle you quite a bit running that gear over their display cases.…Disadvantages were that you need a lot of patience and be prepared to get hassled by members of the public..
