My old manager said that while he was surfing somewhere in California he said he fell off his board and hit his head on some rock outcropping and took in some water, but the waves pulled him under so he couldn't really do much, but he said it was the most blissful thing after he accepted that he was going to die. He said he got all warm and felt like he didn't need to breathe and was just perfectly calm. Just then he was yanked out by some other surfer dude. I wanna drown, sounds peaceful after I realize I'm dying.

I'd want to go in my sleep honestly. Though it's a hard convo to have because my best friend of 35 years just passed yesterday, I wanna go out the same way he did. Fall asleep and be done. No pain. No suffering. Just a final night's sleep
