  Why did I always imagine the wrapping being soft and not like hard and fried? Would have been way better with a crepe or something as the wrap

  Then get a crepe, a cannoli is a cannoli

  If I learned how to make them that would be dangerous. But one day I'll attempt it, and when I do it'll be a crepe. Or two, since they're thin and don't want them to burst
