I’ve backed support to make the right calls for over a decade. I’ve always said support doesn’t ban for nothing but now I’ve seen it happen. Kali is banned running 110k missions from the start of the event until 24 hours before it was over she used nothing but fingers. Support leaves people in the dark and won’t respond for days.The Terms of Service are so vague that everyone who plays this game has broken them. Most unwilling have done something that the support team could twist into a violation. Support has cast such a wide net to catch cheaters that they have caught the best players in the game of doing exactly what they do the best, push a button fast. A few years back the game changed its rules to limit the attacks per second for this very reason. We are more than just your customers,we are the commodity that hits the don point videos button that makes you money. Restore all the accounts, Fungal and Baic.

I think once the players can’t trust the support team to make the right calls we should stop supporting the game. Some of us are 10s of thousands of dollars and years of of life playing this game for a guy that runs this as a side money gig.

A competent owner would see how clear and easy it is to fix this problem:
Those that “cheated”, revert their accounts back to what they were before the event.
Those that didn’t cheat, reward them the extra Brens they missed on the final day and lift their ban.
More importantly, reinstate Fresh. Or, the latter. Since you banned Fresh, you now have to ban everyone.

People getting banned for doing the event sounds lunacy to me just shut the game down and refund us all for the crazy money we spend as long as your not being abusive and racist I don’t see a problem seems to me you can fart and get banned these days it’s ridiculous does anyone agree?
