Same as my other post I would apreciate it if the people involved would post their accounts of what happened because I Like many others either weren't in the country or didn't know what was going on and this sounds like a relevant battle I would like to know more about

What Mama says above is right. Then he hid behind 10% rule cuz he couldn't win. Then acted like it was some grand strategy, nevermind that many other players were already carrying the max-no-upkeep-weapons to draw down to under 10% influence with zero upkeep if they were getting spanked. He was just first to get in the position to put it to practice.
