There are probably neo-Nazi groups and supporters in Ukraine, but Ukraine, as a nation, is NOT a Nazi state. Zelenskyy, the Ukrainian-born present of Ukraine is Jewish. The US has thousands of neo-Nazis. Clearly, the US is not a Nazi state either. Supporting Ukraine in its efforts to remain independent of Russia has nothing to do with supporting Nazis.

16 African nations have fallen to the east, Azerbaijan annexed an etnic area of Armenia and started ethnic cleansening those who didnt flee, Moldova and Georgia are in similar position to Ukraine with RuZZian backed forces destablising the country. If you think Ukraine war is tokenism on some level you are greatly mistaken.
This is the greatest challenge to our western ideals. -

Many look west and see what freedom, democracy and soverignty looks like. They have aspirations.
Estonia, Lativa, Lithunia, Slovakia, Romania, Poland et al all join the EU after getting their houses in order.
Many other countries want to follow suit.
What are the options?
Embrace the west and thrive or look east and abject poverty of autocracy?

This is were the West v East sphere of influence battle came to ahead.
Ukraine removed their Moscow sympathiser president in 2004.

The west on one, the east on the other.
Ukranian people made their choices clear. As did the Belarusians, but they were squashed by the autocracy. -
What were Putins choices now?
He was doing well in Africa (Mali, Niger, etc), Syria was secure, proxy forces were working well in eastern europe.
He wanted to confront the west, call their bluff.First option was to attack Japan.
Russia has been in dispute since WWII over lands between the two.
A battle plan was drawn up and close to execution in 2020 but for a change of heart.
Second option was Ukraine.Putin wants the world order to change from a US/ EU/ UK led sphere of influence to a Russia/ China/ North Korea within ten years. That has started in earnest.
The BRICS alliance widdened this year too. -
How best to beat your more advanced western enemies?
Divide and conquer.
Mass immigration is no coincidence. Russias proxy wars on the world stage has sent people fleeing towards western cultures.
This creates financial, housing, food and economic chaos.
The west is occupied with global matters.
Resentment builds within countries towards immigrants as domestic issues dont get the priority people feel they deserve.America is divided moreso than ever.

America has become fixated on the information war.
What has become of the worlds biggest super power?All the while the Easts campaign of propaganda, misinformation of targetting peoples fears and vunerabilities is going on nicely, coupled with endless military campaigns in all corners of the globe.
Make no mistake about it; the Wests very future is at stake, and if Ukraine falls, that will just be the carrot on the stick for the East.

I am inclined to agree with dml. It is clear supporting Ukraine is less about supporting Ukraine and more about challenging Russia and stopping them in their tracks

What do people mean by Nazi. I see it used a lot but often for things that would be labeled as fascist, racist, tyrannical, etc.. Nazi is specific to the Nazi party. Genocide, ethnic “cleansing”, belief in superior race, fascism, tyranny and police states have many occurrences across many nationalities, parties and sub groupings of populations. Nazi is not a “general” generic term used to capture all of the above.

Nazi is a term used for people that are racist against anything that isnt white. If ur not behind any other race than white, ur racist. If all you believe in is the white race, ur a nazi. That's how it works in the US
