Let’s think about it, one of the longest playing, biggest spenders on the game got reset because of the things they were saying. Just think about the level of obscenities and how prolific they must have been for MFP to actually feel like they needed to reset them. There have been forced resets in most large families, none of them have been saints, perhaps we should blame the people who are being abusive rather than the people reporting.

Well that sucks. I never understood why players report each other or why anyone would want their entertainment competition to be removed from the game. I know players on both sides do it and some say they only do it cause others do it to them. At this point everyone should agree to a reporting truce and anyone that breaks it should be demolished by everyone. 🦾

At the end of the day it is supposed to be entertainment. When people make fucked up personal attacks it’s not entertainment anymore. The circles aren’t worth some of the shit people say to each other on this game.
I will miss OU though. My favorite memory of him is all the times I wrote him and how he completely ignored me. 😂🤷🏻♂️

Here’s an easy solution that’s been mentioned several dozen times before. How about a simple mute feature. Someone is pissing you off, you mute them and they can’t post on your wall until you unmute them. I’m not a coder but seems like a fairly simple implementation process. Hell, they already have forum bans. I’m sure using the same coding and tweaking it a bit you could make it work on a individual basis.
But that might require some actual work on the part of the dev. 😕. -

The issue is that not everyone is on the same page emotionally. I’m an old fuck and what people call bullying these days was called normal interaction when I was growing up. I do think that many people over react to any and every comment the moment it is perceived as negative, intended or unintended.
That being said, this is supposed to be a game people play for enjoyment and there are players of all different ages and emotional levels on this app. People shouldn’t have to be subjected to a host of negative comments continuously.
I don’t have a strong opinion either way but I do see both sides.
I honestly think the bigger issue is with the devs not implementing a better method of dealing with the situation on a player level. -
Let’s face it no one was offended. Reporting players is just a way to try and get then banned or reset.

In a game of war if you know the button to push to get a reaction, do you push it? Second question is, if that button is talking trash about a natural that hit your enemy do you push it? If you know something personal that will get reaction, do you push it? Now with all this said the subject of this post has been lost. Start a new post if we want to argue what we can or should and when and where should or should not say.
