Deaths in TW

I bumped a bunch of old threads from people dying over a the years. Suppose we shouldn’t he surprised that some turf wars players died. According to the raw data there were about 650k of us.
I’m more curious about the people who I talked to for years then just suddenly dropped off the game completely never to be heard from again.
Did they just get sick of playing? Did they get a new phone and forget their password and just said fuck it? Or did they have a heart attack, get hit by a semi or wrap their car around a tree trying to heal off some attack?
Anyway, I bumped all I could find but I’m sure I missed/forgot some. Weird thoughts on a Thursday morning. Have a good day.

When I was in NWR we had a member named Roto. At the time he was the size of me and natas. Had more brens played hard and one day just stopped. That’s the name that I thought of reading this.

So many of the dead on this game sound like amazing people, I wish I got to know them but I guess that’s my loss. My condolences to all their friends and family

Cheers to life, outside all of the complicated in-game relationships we are all just people bound to meet our end. May we remember to respect one another and look back on those who are gone. I know a couple who died. I won’t tell the names. I’m still watching the last 4 turf of someone in my real family. Makes me sad. Leukemia. Fought it for 5 years

Haven’t checked in on TW in years. Downloaded the game and very surprised people are still at it.
I think I died “quit” playing in 2012. It was right after the airports were introduced. Well I purposely went out with a bang. Sold my account to a kid for an iTunes gift card. Then trolled the forums like a mad man for a bit under a similar name till I was banned. Had a blast getting sucked into the TW world. I remember jailbreak if my phone and using some crappy app that would punch codes for me. Good times. -

Themug was severely burned in an accident trying to save someone from a burning car. Hands were damaged pretty bad but he survived. Not sure about the person he was trying to save.
