At what level are you given the option to buy more than 86 influence per turf?

You can get higher than 86 I fluence if you have turf loot and then equip that loot o to your turfs

Say for instance a title deed? (It's the only thing I have that I can equip) If or when you tear down that turf, does the loot return to your inventory?

If you tear it down while equipping an upgrade u lose the upgrade

You have to unequip the loot first then tear down so you don't loose it
