I can't get car bombs to save my life. I have looted 8 horse heads, 10 maps, probably 5 UBs, and about 40 ARs since my last car bomb loot. Not complaining about the loot I am getting but I wouldn't mind a few car bombs looted (not sent to me for the smart asses out there).

Does anyone know ho loot is distributed? Is it totally random?
