Is there a reason to own entire towns and never upgrade the turf?

Lots of players are too lazy to upgrade turfs they plant. Also too lazy to delete turfs they plant.

You didn’t know Mav was over limit and those pins used to all be 86 or more? He removed all the upgrades when he went inactive for a couple of years 😜

You didn’t know Mav was over limit and those pins used to all be 86 or more? He removed all the upgrades when he went inactive for a couple of years 😜
And deleted like 70k turf
