His is 10.

Why am I not meeting that requirement to capture his turf?

He was a boy. She was a girl. Could nick make it any more obvious? He isn’t good enough for you. Look at the checklist for capturing the turf. The X’s tell you what you need to do before you can cap.

The overall influence of the ‚turf owner‘ has to be 10% > of yours.
Yours is 179, theirs is 10 - theirs would need to be 18 or thereabouts for you to cap.
