If you withdraw cash from the bank does that mean you can give it to another player.

No all the bank does is cost you 15% when depositing nothing in return for withdrawals. Only way To give money is by losing attacks

also, i don't believe the money in the bank is touched if you are hitting 0 for some reason. say you put 100million in the bank. and through a series of events like planting too many turfs or someone taxing your turfs too hard you money drops to 0. any money in the bank will be safe i believe.

Yea you have to withdrawal money from the bank if you hit zero. I know banking is useless due to the deposit fee but I have 2 trillion in the bank just in case
