  My old computer crashed with all my music on it. If I decide to upgrade my os will I lose all the music on my iPod?

  There is software out there to pull your music from your ipod. Not sure what tho. Google

  Yeah there is definitely a program for that, I bought one and it was super easy. Just transfer them like regular files. I paid like $25 but found some cheaper ones for like $5. Google that ish

  Oh, and absolutely do not sync before backing up (obviously).
