Gardaí are investigating after items were stolen from a car belonging to a couple who fled Ukraine and arrived in Ireland just under two weeks ago.
Ukrainian refugees are currently being accommodated in hotels across the country, including in the Travelodge in Ballymun in north Dublin, where this couple were staying and their car was parked.
The couple, who only want to be identified using their first names, said they discovered on Thursday morning that their car had been broken into overnight. A laptop, tablet, guitar, clothes and shoes were stolen, and the rear window was smashed. Ireland a nation of thieves

“According to Western media, now copy-paste reporting the same claims, Russian forces apparently secretly buried *up to 9,000 Mariupol civilians* in “mass graves” in a town just west of the city. Except, it never happened, there is no mass grave.
It’s actually just a normal, small, cemetery…no pits, no mass graves, just an orderly cemetery whose grave diggers refuted Western claims.

The simple facts here is that you are pro-Russian, anti-American & west, anti-EU, and you took a dislike to the way I presented the state of play on the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
You got personal, lost self control.
No matter what Putin does you will find a way to justify it.
As this conflict grows and lengthens, you will still support Russia even as it moves beyond it current parameters. Oh yeah… since 2014 there have been a rash of mysterious deaths of 38 prominent Russians.
10 high profile critics of Putin. 7 diplomats. 6 associates of Kremlin powerbrokers. 13 military or political officials involved in the eastern Ukrainian conflict.
12 were shot, stabbed or simply beaten to death.
6 were blown up. 1 of a mysterious head injury. 1 reportedly slipped and hit his head in a public bath. 1 was hanged in a jail cell. 1 died after drinking coffee. The other 16 have “unknown“ causes.
Oh but wait… There’s also 25 Russian journalists who have been murdered. Many of them… had silly accidents falling out of windows.
I’m sure all of this is just a coincidence.
