In an interview on Wednesday, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said some NATO member states want the war in Ukraine to last longer as a way to hurt Russia.
“There are countries within NATO who want the war to continue,” Cavusoglu told CNN Turk. “They want Russia to become weaker.”
According to Iran’s Mehr News Agency, Cavusoglu did not think the war would last long after Russia and Ukraine held peace talks in Istanbul last month. But following a NATO foreign ministers meeting, he was given the impression that some alliance members don’t want the war to end.
Since Russia invaded on February 24, the US and many of its NATO allies have abandoned diplomacy with Russia. Instead of seeking a diplomatic solution, the Western powers are pouring weapons into Ukraine and waging an economic sanctions campaign against Russia.
-
The view among some NATO members on the war was summarized by a recent report from The Washington Post. The report said: “For some in NATO, it’s better for the Ukrainians to keep fighting, and dying, than to achieve a peace that comes too early or at too high a cost to Kyiv and the rest of Europe.”

So since you’re not up to your geography, Russia occupies part of Moldovan territory. The Russian occupation extends over a strip of land on the east bank of Moldova’s Dniester River, known as Transdniestria.༺ ᗪᗰᒪ ༻ wrote:

So if it successfully conquers eastern and southern Ukraine, the next obvious move is into Moldova. But you still believe these areas are being ‘liberated’.
I’m just going to leave this here.
We’ll come back to it in time. -
As nato are so deeply involved in this war putin can not afford to lose it don’t rule out the use of a nuke on Kiev as putin don’t intend fighting to last years

Zelenskys worse decision of the war was to agree to lease land to America in exchange for weapons putin will never allow American airbases in Ukraine
-
American has a history of ending a war with nuclear weapons they can hardly complain if Russia decides to do the same
-
Eu has decided it will agree to putins command that Russian gas must be paid with the Russian ruble and its cash up front Ireland will have to beg for a loan

Nice analysis- the Russian liberation of southern Ukraine was accomplished by rendering their land radioactive (farmland to boot) and killing of (immediately or through poisonous contamination) of those they wish to free.
That is the definition of insanity

I feel like the 'sending artillery, tanks, fighter jets, tens of thousands of anti-tank weapons & thousands of mercenaries doesn't mean we're involved in the war' rhetoric will have unpleasant consequences down the line
