Me and my m8s "acidently" broke a lift in work and tue boss is not happen. A big investigation has happened and i get the verdict sometime today... Or so they said.

Well if it was "accidental" then you probably have it coming.

They can't sack u for an accident.. That's classed as unfair dismissal

Thats how everyone at my work feels about it aswel. They want to do it but cant find enough evidence so they keep stalling

Be on time, don't dog it, work with your mouth closed and don't make any dumb mistakes. Their obviously trying to get something on you, or make it unbareable for you to work there. It could turn into harassment on their part, or it will fade and pass if you prove worthy to keep.

Im aparently have the highest pick rate, its the new manager who came into control about 5 months ago. Within the first 2 months he handed out over 20 disaplinaries (Spelling) compared to the old manager who never reached that in the year or so he was here. Hes a hard ass and no one likes him. About 80% of my shift has joined the union since he came about.

Also there is a rumor around my work about the manager has wanted to sack someone for a while just to prove a point that he is been serious and wants the workers respect. Hes 100% company man no mercy even if its christmas in a month.

I'm a private investigator and I can tell you that if they are stalling they might have dome evidence or an informant and they are taking extra time to cover all bases before officially firing you.
Don't talk to them without a union rep present. -
