I know mob count is important when attacking a player, but does it factor in when fighting the turf itself?

Mob is the most important factor when it comes to fighting anything. Whether it be players, or their turf. There are tons of really helpful guides and threads you could read that will help you out. Go to the “Get Help” tab and look for the questions you have.
